Registration is ended, with a total of 275 registered participators. In addition to the information we sent to your e-mails, we suggest to familiarize with the information below. PS! We remind you to bring along your identity document: ID-card or passport.

1.  Day

Access to cabins becomes available at 17:15 after summary. Until then we ask to leave overdresses and luggage in wardrobe in Tango Lounge, located on deck 6. There will be directive signs.

During coffee breaks you can browse information desks of companies. Information desks by: Kühne+Nagel, DPD, Itella, ACE Logistics, Estonian Post, Telema, Estma. Browse actively, it is a suitable time to get new connections.

17.55 Anyone who fears of getting seasick should take the pill against nausea before the ship’s departure at 18:00

Dinner starts at 19:00 in Tango Lounge, where cold supper and welcome drinks are served. The entertainment program, led by Jaan Kirss, begins at 20:00.

At midnight, be ready to put the clock back for 1 hour (Swedish time).

2.  Day

In the morning at 6.30-10.00 you can eat breakfast in Buffet Tallink. Showing your Logistikaseminar 2010 name tag will grant you access.

At 9:30- 12:00 in Starlight Palace on deck 6, an information desk is set up, where we ask all the guests, who have registered for the excursion, to confirm their participation before 10:15.  If you have not registered, but wish to participate, then first people to sign up, might get the opportunity in case of cancellations. We go to the excursion together at 10:30.

Please sign up for lunch before 11:00, because access to lunch in Buffet Tallink at 13.00-14.00 is possible only for pre-signed guests.

Registration to MS Baltic Queen bridge visit is open form 11:00 to 11:55. At 12:00 we go to the visit.

Parallel to registration, you can let the photographer take your photo in Starlight Palace. Group photo possibility also available.

Format of the workgroups remain the same as previous years, but they are set in different restaurants and pubs to establish more free environment and encourage creative thoughts.

The evening event takes place in Ibiza Disco, where the atmosphere will be heated up in Hawaii style. Colorful and summery clothing accepted.

Now it is possible to book yourself to Logistics Seminar 2010 „More than one way“, which takes place on 24-25 March on MS Baltic Queen! Booking is possible on our home page by clicking on „Booking”. Please pay attention, that it is possible to choose between B4 and B2 cabins, according to your financial status. Definitely mark if you also wish to go on excursion, about what you can read below. PS: number of places is limited!
 
Discounted tickets are available until February 24th. For two people, who purchase discounted tickets, we make a pleasant surprise: they get total refund and a housing in luxury A2 cabin! Therefore don’t hesitate to bring a friend!

Excursion

 
This years excursion is a bus tour in Stockholm Harbour, where we visit different terminals including container- and oil terminal. Our guide will be Mr. Kurt Lilja, who gives us an overview of the company: what happened in the past, what they do today and what are their plans for future. Grab this chance to get new experiences.
 
 

Essay contest:

 
An essay contest SCM Academy is in progress. The authors of top five essays are invited to present their work in the fist evening of Logistics seminar 2010, on March 24th. In addition to acknowledgment from specialists in this field, the authors get to attend the seminar for free. For more information, click on „SCM Academy” on our home page.
